Profile

• The modern aluminium system used to make exterior architectural building elements that require thermal and sound insulation e.g. various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows and spatial structures.
• One- or two-sash doors that can be opened inwards or outwards, including also the doors with “safe stop".
• Structural depth of the door sections is 86 mm (frame), 86 mm (sash).
• The assumed depths of sash and frame sections give the facing effect to the surface of sashes and frame.
• Tightness is ensured by the use of special EPDM rubber gaskets to provide resistance to aging during long-term use.
• In the MB-86 system, anti-burglary windows and doors up to class RC4 and smoke ventilation windows can be made.

Glazing

• A wide range of glazing allows the use of all common types of panes, including two-chamber, acoustic or anti-burglary ones.

Additional system features

• The MB-86 system can also be used to make highly aesthetic panel doors that meet the expectations of the most demanding users.
• Wide and new shape thermal breaks allowing the use of an additional partition in the profile insulation zone.
• A two-component central gasket to perfectly seal and thermally insulate the space between the sash and frame.
• A wide range of sections ensures that the required aesthetics and the durability of the construction is achieved.
• Glazing strips with additional sealing, available in three variants: Standard, Prestige and Style.
• Profile shapes adapted to installation of different types of multi-point locking including also concealed hinges.
• Profile drainage available in two variants: conventional or concealed.
