Profile
The modern aluminium system used to make exterior architectural building elements requiring thermal and acoustic insulation such as: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows or spatial structures.
One or two-sash doors that can be opened inwards or outwards, including also the doors with “safe stop".
Structural depth of the door sections is 70 mm (frame), 70 mm (sash).
The assumed depths of sash and frame sections give the facing effect to the surface of sashes and frame.
Tightness is ensured by the use of special EPDM rubber gaskets to provide resistance to aging during long-term use.
In the MB-70 system, anti-burglary windows and doors up to class RC4 and smoke ventilation windows can be made.
Glazing
• The system allows for using the glazed units with thickness from 21 mm to 57 mm in the window sashes and with thickness from 12 mm to 48 mm in the fixed windows and door sashes.
Additional system features
The MB_70 system is the basis for the solutions with increased thermal insulation: MB-70 HI, MB-70US HI and cold-warm façade based on the MB-70CW HI windows.
The offered 24 mm wide omega-shaped thermal breaks increase the profile rigidity as compared to flat breaks and facilitate the section drainage, ensuring the appropriate thermal insulation in all atmospheric conditions at the same time.
Wide choice of colours in the standard palette makes it possible to meet needs of the most demanding customers. Colour coatings are made using the powder painting or anodizing method.
