ADVANTAGES

The system is above all used to make elements of interior structures, partition walls, doors (including manually and automatically operated sliding doors, swing doors), vestibules, display windows, ticket box offices, showcases and spatial structures.

Installation depth of the sections is 45 mm (frame), 45 mm (sash).

The system advantage is the possibility of bending the profiles, which makes it possible to make different types of arched structures.

Profile

  • The MB-45 is a fixed and door-equipped partitioning system that has been designed to make internal partition walls, whose distinguishing feature is that a toughened glass pane can be its structural component.
  • Because of its versatility and wide application possibilities in high rooms, the MB-45 system is dedicated to building lightweight and strong walls in conference and office rooms with clearly indicated doors.
  • The MB-45 OFFICE can use various types of infills and glazing: either single or double one, with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 25 mm. The system uses dedicated, large-size 8- 10- and 12 mm thick toughened glass panes that are mounted using glazing strips and gaskets.
  • Tightness is ensured by the use of special EPDM rubber gaskets to provide resistance to aging during long-term use.
  • It also makes it possible to make doors and exterior glazing in situations not requiring thermal insulation of profiles.
  • The system elements can be used to make fixed partition walls and all-glass door sashes for turn and swing type doors.

Glazing

  • It is possible to use different types of infills and both single panes and glazed units from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door sashes.

Additional system features

  • It is also the basis for special solutions: partitions, MB-45 smoke-proof doors (in class S30) and MB-45S mortise doors.
  • The system specific feature is its close connection with the MB-60 and MB-70 window and door systems.
  • The functionality of this MB-45 system version enables an interior arrangement to be changed by removing the connections and reinstalling them by changing e.g. angle of the structure or its functions.
